Wahoo!  We survived the holidays!  Now it's time to get back to normal around here.  My fingers have been itching to get back on the computer!  We ate pretty simply over the holidays and I didn't do much cooking so I've also been anxious to get back in the kitchen!  My planning for the week might be a bit ambitious, but I think I can manage it.  Here's what I have planned for the week.

fruit served every day
pumpkin muffins (from the freezer)
toast and jelly
scrambled eggs
whole grain pancakes (from the freezer)

garden salad
sunbutter/peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Roasted Vegetable Quinoa
grilled cheese/quesedillas
cheese and crackers

Blue Ribbon Granola Bars
Nutella Energy Bites (from Gimme Some Oven)
cottage cheese
fruit and yogurt popsicles (like our Christmas Pops)

One Pot Pasta with Tomatoes and Spinach, lima beans, fruit
Slow Cooker Hearty Black Bean Soup, homemade bread, fruit
homemade pizza, garden salad, fruit
Pineapple Fried Rice (from Damn Delicious), barbecue chicken (for hubs), fruit
