These Sweet Springtime Cinnamon Chips are a simple and tasty snack to whip up for your kids this spring.  I know for my girls, making snacks in cute little shapes is a guaranteed way to make them more intrested in eating them.  This cute little set of spring cookie cutters has a butterfly, flowers, bunnies, ducks, and more!  Making these chips is also an easy cooking project for you kids to help you with.  And as an added bonus, these little cinnamon tortilla chips are super cute and super yummy!

To make Springtime Cinnamon Chips, you'll need:

Spring or Easter Cinnamon Chips Snack for Kids

Preheat your oven to 325.  Cut little shapes out of the tortillas.  Put them on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Give them a spritz with your cooking oil spray.  Sprinkle a pinch of salt over them (just a teeny bit) and then shake on your cinnamon sugar mixture. 

Spring or Easter Cinnamon Chips Snack for Kids

Bake your chips in a 325 degree oven for approximately 8 minutes.  Check them frequently to make sure they don't burn.  They should be nice and crispy when done.
