Menu Plan Monday - September 14- 21


The weather here is finally feeling fall-ish!  I don't really cook differently based on the season (it's too hard to get it all figured out anyway, without that extra complication!), but at least now my house won't get so hot when the oven is on.

Here's what's cooking!

Some of the week's food prep-- muffins, granola bars, and eggs.
fruit served every day
sweet potato biscuits (some to eat, some to freeze)
toast and jelly
Rise and Shine Muffins (from Weelicious)


sunbutter and jelly sandwiches
mason jar salads (finally getting on this bandwagon)
grilled cheese
hummus and crackers


Blue Ribbon Granola Bars
cheese and crackers
pancakes (mostly for the freezer, but we'll probably sneak a few)
popcorn (part of our circus theme preschool week)


Meatless Tamale Pie
'real' mac and cheese
homemade pizza
Twinkle Twinkle Little Soup
